Important Note: There is a huge softball tournament in Boulder and the surrounding area from June 29th – July 3rd that has already booked up many hotel rooms in the vicinity. If you are planning on staying in a hotel when you come to our wedding, we strongly encourage you to book your rooms as soon as possible. There is a very good chance that there won’t be any rooms left anywhere if you wait until May or June to book!
There are a number of excellent hotels in the Boulder/Louisville area, within thirty minutes of our wedding site at The Dove House. We have block booked at five of these hotels with differing price ranges, features, and locations. These will be available to reserve until June 1st, 2009. After that, the rooms will be released to the general public on a first-come, first-serve basis. If none of the hotels on this list can meet your needs, please email Metz and he can help you find other hotels in the area.
Our blocks are held from July 1 – 3 at all hotels. You are welcome to extend or contract your stay as necessary by speaking with the hotel at the time of your reservation.

Notes: This hotel is in North Boulder and is the furthest location from other hotels as well as the ceremony site, but also features suites that could easily accommodate families or larger groups of people. It is a little out-of-the-way of restaurants (you would have to drive for at least 5-10 minutes to find a good place to eat), but since Boulder is pretty small, it’s not distant or disconnected at all.
